Opportunities are available in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire due to new contracts. Not trained or certified? Not to worry - The BTR Hub offers training to get you certified as a NEPTS driver, with skills transferable to other professions. Our full training covers First Aid, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, and more, resulting in nationally recognized qualifications. Ideal Candidate ProfileExperienced Drivers:If you’ve worked as a professional driver (taxi, delivery, bus), your skills are highly transferable. This role also requires a focus on safeguarding and supporting patients. Full UK Manual Driving Licence:Must have held your license for at least 2 years, with no more than 3 DVLA points. Caring Attitude:A genuine desire to care for others is essential. Supporting vulnerable patients requires empathy and patience. Communication Skills:Strong communication skills are needed to interact effectively with patients, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable. Physical Fitness:Assisting patients requires reasonable physical well-being. Flexibility and Initiative:Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and adapt to patient needs is important.
