As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling bank accounts, raising invoices and processing payments.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and report on banking information. Maintain our accounting system accurately and reconcile monthly. Ensure accurate buy/sell prices are maintained. Minimising aged debt. Process purchase and sales invoices. Reconciliation of supplier statements. Liaising with suppliers i.e., dealing with invoice queries. Manage the Accounts email inbox. Create and submit VAT returns. Provide a high level of telephone support to customers. Minimise overdue and outstanding invoices.
