This requires the successful applicant to be flexible, forward thinking and have the skills to motivate and empower the team.The ability to supervise, teach, empower and coach staff it’s essential for this role.We are looking for an experienced, dedicated nurse who is looking to further their management development and gain/develop leadership skills in a supportive environment.The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, professional, flexible, trustworthy, and a positive role model. Basic ophthalmology knowledge is required and strong leadership skills would be a positive.
