We're Hiring: Recruitment Consultant – Contract Engineering Based at Westlakes Science Park Join our dynamic team as aRecruitment Consultant , supporting the contract recruitment needs of ourretained engineering clients, so no BD required . This is a fast-paced and varied role where you’ll manage theend-to-end recruitment process— from attracting top-tier contract talent to handling compliance and security clearance documentation. You’ll also take full ownership of your contractor workforce, building strong relationships, managing extensions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day support. What you’ll be doing: Sourcing and engaging top engineering contract talent Managing the full recruitment lifecycle Handling right-to-work checks and liaising with our compliance team Coordinating client site security clearance passes Managing contractor queries and extension processes What we’re looking for: Recruitment experience (any sector – we’ll train you on engineering!) Ability to work at pace with excellent attention to detail Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills A proactive, “can-do” attitude and collaborative mindset A great personality — team spirit matters here!
