We provide services to partner clients globally via our innovative advanced robotics technology, known as the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP). Role Overview Triage, diagnose, and resolve day-to-day issues from business stakeholders and end-users through our case management system. Take ownership of issues, diagnose, and resolve individually or with team support. Provide expertise on the administration, functionality, maintenance, and operational effectiveness of Workday. Review configurations, suggest improvements, and advise on best practices. Report defects, identify root causes, and provide solutions. Support project deliverables, evaluate impacts on other applications, and support bi-annual Workday releases. Develop and improve solutions to meet business needs. Maintain a knowledge repository on Workday configurations and changes. Communicate system functionality updates to super users. Build strong relationships across business areas to support the Workday solution. Collaborate with system vendors to align on system support and improvements. Candidate Requirements Experience with multiple core Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Time, Absence, Talent, Learning, Expenses, Reporting, and Security. Experience with HR information systems, related processes, and technologies. Knowledge of Data Privacy regulations related to HR data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience supporting complex organizational systems. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Proven ability to meet delivery commitments. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Solution-oriented mindset with process improvement focus. Experience in technical support for business systems, with a strong service orientation. Ownership and follow-through on tasks. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Decisiveness, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Experience implementing system updates/upgrades. Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations. Stakeholder management skills, including engaging senior stakeholders.
