This role is essential to maintaining the security, safety, and smooth operation of the school while we recruit for a permanent position.ResponsibilitiesOpening and securing the school site each day Conducting regular site checks to ensure health and safety standards are met Performing minor maintenance and repair tasks Ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and operational Coordinating with contractors and external service providers as required Responding to urgent site issues and supporting school staff as necessaryPerson SpecificationSignificant experience working in a school environment is essential Sound knowledge of building/site security, health and safety procedures, and general maintenance Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Excellent communication and problem-solving skills An enhanced DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one)This is a key position that ensures our school remains a safe and welcoming environment during the summer period.
