Knotel is seeking a professional, hospitality-focused Front of House Associate to be the welcoming face of Old Sessions House a beautifully restored and vibrant workspace in the heart of London's Farringdon! As part of our Facilities and Hospitality team, you will play a key role in shaping the visitor and client experience, ensuring every guest especially VIPs receives a warm, seamless, and premium service from the moment they arrive.For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Presence: Deliver a friendly, efficient, and professional welcome to all visitors and members VIP Guest Support: Manage and anticipate the needs of VIP guests with discretion and care Hospitality Collaboration: Support the wider hospitality team during events, helping coordinate logistics, setup, and guest services Daily Operations: Assist in day-to-day front desk responsibilities including visitor logs, calls, and coordinating building access Teamwork: Work closely with your Front of House partner and the Facilities team to uphold Knotels high standards of service and presentation About You: Experience in a front of house, concierge, or hospitality role (ideally in a premium or client-facing setting) A confident communicator with a proactive approach Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling multiple priorities at once A natural team player, flexible and dependable across a rotating schedule (between 8am and 8pm) Why Join Us?
