I am working alongside a civils contractor who are looking to strengthen their team with a Working Supervisor based on a portfolio of projects around the Bristol / Gloucester region  You will report directly to a Project Manager and your role will involve administrative and control of all site resources required along with general site duties Key Responsibilities Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with C.D.M. Regulations Managing between 1- 3 gangs  Assist in the preparation of construction programmes, preparation of Method Statements, Action Plans and Risk Assessments. Implement the latest H & S regulations and legislation. Ensure all labour, plant and materials are procured in a timely manner to ensure delivery of the contract programme. About The Candidate Ideally, you'll have experience in working on earthworks / groundworks / RC  construction sites as a Working Foreman or Supervisor as well as:  CSCS Card SMSTS (preferred)  First Aid  You'll be directly employed with the company on £24 per hour plus a Company Van and other associated benefits   With a healthy order book and realistic progression within the business, this is a great opportunity for the it right person
