Your role Holding responsibility for leading an established team of Supervisors and Cleaners across the East Midlands region. Managing circa 35 contracts and a team of 100+ cleaning staff. You will be an advocate for continuous improvement across your team. Ensuring SLA's and KPI's are being hit and your team is running an effective FM service. About you Previous experience of managing Cleaning Contracts and a thorough understanding of strict SLA's & KPI's. Experience of leading Area Cleaning teams. You will be a confident and effective communicator - client satisfaction is a huge priority on these contracts. An organised and proactive attitude. The successful applicant will be required to go through vetting due to the nature of the contracts.
