PRESS BRAKE SETTER OPERATIVE - PERMANENT- NOTTINGHAM We are currently recruiting for a Press Brake Operative/Setter for our client in Nottingham. This is a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start, offering a great opportunity to join a growing industry in an supportive environment. Salary: £16-£18 per hour + £1 shift allowance (first 40 hours), Overtime available (Time and a Half, Double Time on Sundays) Shift: Monday - Friday - Afternoon Shift (flexible for rotational AM/PM) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Key Responsibilities: * Set and operate Trumpf Press Brake machines, ensuring accuracy and quality. * Read and interpret technical drawings to prepare and set up jobs. * Work with stainless steel, as well as other materials, on a variety of projects. * Perform bending operations, working to tight tolerances. * Carry out quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure standards are met. * Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Requirements: * Experience with Trumpf Press Brake machines is advantageous. * Ability to work with various materials, particularly stainless steel, and work to tight tolerances. * Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
