Your main task will be calling regular customers - including chip shops, cafés, and catering vans - to take their weekly orders. Full training will be provided on our system and product codes. Key responsibilities: Make or take approximately 30 calls per day to existing customers Accurately input orders using our internal system Support customer retention campaigns when cover isn’t required Assist in business development initiatives Handle general administration tasks throughout the day The ideal candidate Background in telesales, food service, or the fish and chip trade is advantageous but not essential Able to work collaboratively in a team environment Confident communicator with the ability to resolve customer issues professionally Quick to learn systems and product information Reliable, adaptable, and ready to contribute This is a great role for someone seeking part-time, stable work in a supportive team with no cold calling involved.
