Were looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR, Talent & Planning Officer to be at the heart of our operations. You will be the go-to person for all HR activities including: recruitment, planning, scheduling, administration and strategy.Please be aware, you must have relevant experience within the fashion, beauty, lifestyle or luxury industries to be considered for this position. Duties include:Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentContributing to each season in building a database of qualified fixed-term contract staff (approximately 500 contracts per season) and permanent staffOrganising recruitment sessionsParticipating in recruitment interviewsEntering information into the databaseUpdating candidate records and information on a daily basisWeekly scheduling of employees:Ensuring compliance with the general management's budgetsMonitoring and optimising the budget on a daily basisScheduling based on each employee's availability and disciplinesSending schedules to employeesFollowing up on employee schedule confirmationsManaging activity-related specificities and unforeseen circumstances: team reinforcements, employee replacements, etc.Administrative management of HR activitiesPreparing employment contractsDeclaring employees to relevant authoritiesEntering and managing hours worked on a daily basisSending payroll information to our payroll service providerWhat You will Bring:Ideally a qualification in HRYou have experience in a recruitment agency or in an internal HR / talent role, within the retail/event sector.You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy human interaction.You are known for your strong attention to detail and your affinity for working with numbers.You are able to adapt quite easily, persistent and fully committed to the success of your missions.Excellent command of Excel is essential.Strong experience in both Talent Acquisition and HRThe company are offering an excellent salary / benefit package, including money towards transportation costs and generous holiday allowance, so get applying!
