Were working with a fast-growing, service-led construction contractor renowned for delivering high-quality faade and recladding solutions.Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and technically-minded professional to join a safety-first team delivering complex, compliance-driven building envelope packages for leading developers and main contractors.The Role As Senior Site Manager , youll take full ownership of faade projects from pre-construction through to handover.You'll lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate all delivery stages to ensure high standards, safety compliance, and timely completion across multiple sites in South and West London.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end faade installations on active projects Lead and support site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams Oversee compliance with building regs, fire safety, and QA processes Review technical drawings, plan logistics, and produce RAMS Track project programmes, report to Contracts Manager Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues quickly Represent the company in client meetings Mentor and guide junior site personnel Required Skills & Experience 57 years in faade or cladding site/project management Technical expertise in rainscreen systems, fire remediation, and access setups Proven track record delivering faade packages (500k5m) Strong leadership and communication skills Confident with drawings, specs, and compliance frameworks In-depth knowledge of CDM 2015, health & safety, and QA processes Valid CSCS (Black/Gold), SMSTS, and First Aid certification Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across London sites Desirable (Bonus Points For) Proficiency with digital platforms like Procore NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent Working knowledge of scaffolding compliance (TG20:21, SG4:22) Prior experience in fire remediation or recladding projects If youre passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, and compliant faade projects and you want to play a hands-on role in shaping the future of building safety and performance we want to hear from you.Apply today or contact Luke Thompson for a confidential conversation about the opportunity.luke.thompson@keyman.uk.com
