Were looking for an enthusiastic People Administrator to join our team and support the smooth delivery of key HR and L&D processes.In this dynamic role, youll be involved in a wide range of responsibilitiesfrom helping to recruit and onboard new team members to coordinating staff training, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement activities. Youll play a key part in maintaining accurate records, managing internal communications, and supporting the delivery of a positive workplace culture.What your responsibilities look like: Support recruitment and selection, including job adverts, candidate sourcing, and shortlisting. Maintain attendance records Organise staff reviews and manage related scheduling. Assist with onboarding new employees Manage HR data and update spreadsheets Coordinate employee celebrations and company events. Monitor and report on performance and learning metrics. Contribute to employee wellbeing initiatives and update wellbeing resources. Schedule and coordinate training sessions, maintaining compliance records.
