We have been appointed to secure an Operations Director for a UK based IFM contractor, our client delivers workplace, FM, project management and energy services across public & private sector customers. In recent years they have seen significant revenue growth through organic growth and M&A activity.All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.We are looking for a strategic operational lead to further develop and deliver hard FM and project activity, key responsibilities are as below.Leadership of a large scale engineering and projects teamCommercial and financial accountability for a large P&L (100mil+)Liaising with the work winning function to identify and secure viable bidsDeveloping project activity and servicesSpecialist supply chain management Building long term relationships with key customers and developing contract scopeUpskilling and developing the SLTHarnessing data, technology, BI and analytics to improve delivery efficiencyWe are looking for a senior level operator, you must have a proven background managing, developing and leading a Hard FM or projects business.
