They're looking for a Project Manager who can guide and deliver customer projects.The nature of the solution means you'll be working with stakeholders whose roles are very customer-focused. With that in mind, we're looking for someone who's highly customer-oriented and brings high levels of energy and organisation into their customer interactions.You'll be working across the full project lifecycle and it would be very helpful if you had some Business Analysis skills alongside your Project Management experience as you'll be involved from the early project stages to understand customers' requirements.LocationOur client is based in the very pleasant surroundings of Windsor. The role can be hybrid in the long-term, though in the initial months of getting acquainted with the business, products and team-mates, you'll likely be in the office daily. There may be some occasional international travel as part of the role: either to client sites or industry events, usually in interesting places.Project Manager - dutiesDriving the delivery of software projects for external customersGathering, scoping and documenting customer requirementsClear and effective communication between business and IT teamsClosely monitoring progress and working to deadlinesStakeholder management - internal and externalProject Manager - requirementsProven experience as a PM, delivering Software implementationsStrong analytical skillsExcellent organisation and planning skillsTop-notch verbal and written communication, including documentation skillsExperience of the Travel industry isn't essential but would definitely be a plus.You'll be joining a small, close-knit team, in a friendly and collaborative environment.
