The company is undergoing a dynamic phase of growth and transformation, with a promising trajectory ahead.A newly appointed Procurement Director is leading an exciting overhaul of the procurement function. As part of this transformation, she is looking to bring on board a Procurement Manager (Indirects) to manage a range of projects across the indirect spend portfolio.Role & ResponsibilitiesReport into the Senior Procurement ManagerLead on small to medium sized projects and contract negotiationsEnd to end procurement management, including RFPs, ad supplier managementWork closely with various business unit heads, including Heads of Departments and DirectorsSupport tenders and the negotiation process for large and complex contractsDelivery of cost reduction, risk mitigation and control of annual category spend across the businessExperience & RequirementsWill have experience working within indirect procurementShould have demonstrated end to end procurement projects, what the process and what was the outcomeIdeally will have experience working with stakeholders across various departments and will be comfortable building relationshipsCIPS, degree or relevant qualification isnt a must but would be a nice to have
