This brand is unique, forward thinking and have an outstanding reputation in the industry!If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.We are looking for someone with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, looking after entry level employees to senior managers.The ideal individual will have strong experience in HR, ER, recruitment, delivering employee engagement as well as having some exposure to training.Key Responsibilities:Leading and developing HR processes across multiple hospitality locationsBuilding and refining organisational structures to support business growthOverseeing and improving recruitment processes to attract and retain top talentEnsuring compliance with HR legislation and best practicesSupporting culture development and workforce planning during periods of change or expansionImplementing clear reporting, KPIs, and process documentation across HR functionsExplore new ways make the company the most attractive hospitality company to be part of!Ability to transform traditional HR practices into effective outputs to help create a new way of working and drive cultural changeEnsure our company culture of positivity and energy is instilled in peopleExperience: Proven HR experience in a multi-site hospitality, food retail or similar fast-paced sectorStrong knowledge of employment law and employee relationsDemonstrable experience in building HR processes and frameworks from the ground upExcellent recruitment skills, with an eye for quality and culture fitA hands-on and solutions-focused mindsetCIPD qualified or equivalent (Level 5+ essential)
