The role of the Assistant will be to work with HR and Communications to work on areas such as the companys Mission and Values Campaign and to help provide content and support to this project. In addition, there will be a HR project to work on building and designing the careers website for ECOMs new Applicant Tracking System.We are looking for a creative, hard-working and enthusiastic self-starter to work with the team to run with a campaign programme to launch our Values across the ECOM Group and driving measurable results across all areas of the business. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders.Design impactful content using tools like Canva to align with the brand's message and image.Create internal materials such as posters, flyers, corporate communications and training documents.Shoot, edit, and produce video reels and interviews.Ensuring relevant internal stakeholders are consulted / kept informed throughout the campaign, giving briefings on campaign plans, activities and results as required.Ability and Expertise to write, plan and create contentSupport with copywriting and proofreading for values materialsAssist with the design of the Applicant Tracking System (careers site and recruitment software)Skills & ExperienceHas a relevant marketing/design qualification (preferred)Experience of creating engaging contentKnowledge and experience with Canva, design and Microsoft packagesExperience in video capturing and editingStrong organisational and time management skillsFlexible, collaborative, positive and proactive in approachAttention to detail and capacity to be autonomous
