You will head up a team of paraplanners based across the UK and play a key role in delivering high-quality support to our advisers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact in a growing business.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a national paraplanning teamProvide advanced technical paraplanning supportMentor and train team members, including new startersOversee WIP management and ensure deadlines are metStandardise and improve paraplanning processes using Intelligent OfficeSupport complex case work and collaborate with the Case Review TeamContribute to ongoing business initiatives and operational projectsThe Successful ApplicantMinimum Level 4 Diploma (working towards Chartered or Advanced Diploma desirable)At least 5 years industry experienceProficient in research tools including Defaqto, FE Analytics, and CashcalcStrong communicator with excellent organisational skillsA proactive and collaborative leadership style
