With a strong pipeline of work and a growing reputation for quality, safety, and programme delivery, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to lead a new-build apartment scheme valued at 7 million.Project Overview:You will be responsible for the day-to-day site management of a multi-unit residential apartment scheme, from groundworks through to completion and handover. The project includes 64 apartments over 5 storeys, associated external works, car parking and landscaping.Key Responsibilities:Take full site responsibility for programme, quality, and health & safetyManage subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers to meet deadlines and standardsMonitor and report on progress, quality, site logistics and material deliveryLiaise with architects, engineers, and clients representativesLead weekly progress meetings and maintain communication with head officeEnsure compliance with NHBC and Building RegulationsMaintain accurate site records, RAMS, inductions, and health & safety documentationDrive snagging and finishing to ensure handover is achieved on time and to standardRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering residential schemes, ideally apartments/flats valued between 3m10mBackground in main contracting (ideally with North West experience)Good working knowledge of groundworks, RC frame/traditional build, fit-out and M&E coordinationConfident managing subcontractor teams and programme deliveryExcellent communication and reporting skillsQualifications:SMSTS EssentialCSCS (Black Card) EssentialFirst Aid at Work EssentialNVQ Level 6 in Site Management or equivalent PreferredPackage:Competitive salary (55k70k DOE)Car allowance or company vehiclePension scheme25 days annual leave + bank holidaysAnnual bonus (performance-based)Ongoing training and career development
