Theyre now looking for an Interior Designer who brings both creativity and clarity to the table: someone who can confidently lead design direction, inspire junior designers, and shape engaging environments for a wide range of clients.If you love everything from the first spark of a concept to the detail of delivery, and you know how to guide a team while keeping clients excited and engaged this could be the perfect next move.The Role:Lead concept development and bring creative strategies to life across projectsDirect and inspire internal design teams to get the best from their talentCollaborate with other creatives across the studio to push ideas forwardTake ownership of presentations, reviews, and client pitchesMentor junior designers and foster a strong, collaborative studio cultureStay hands-on with design when needed, ensuring high standards and attention to detailWhat Youll Bring:Proven experience in a senior interior design role, ideally with a hospitality/F&B focusStrong concept skills and an impressive portfolio of completed interiorsConfident across all design stages from pitch through to project deliveryHighly proficient in AutoCAD, with good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignA degree (or postgrad) in interior design or a related fieldA team-first mindset and the ability to motivate others while staying grounded and approachable
