This is a key leadership role, requiring strategic thinking, operational oversight and a hands-on approach.Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Responsibilities:Clinic Operations: Oversee daily flow scheduling, reception, stock, cleanliness and team coordination maintaining DR KDs high standards.Team Leadership: Manage and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering strong morale and performance.Client Experience: Ensure a five-star journey from enquiry to aftercare, always warm, professional and discreet.Compliance & Safety: Maintain clinic readiness and full compliance with CQC, GDPR, and medical protocols.Finance & Reporting: Manage invoicing, takings, stock control and support monthly performance reports.Growth & Innovation: Contribute to clinic launches, service development and brand events.What we're looking for:Management experience in aesthetics, dentistry or medicalSolid knowledge of clinical standards, especially CQC and patient safetyOrganised, calm under pressure, and confident leading a teamStrong communicator, comfortable with high-profile clients and clinical staffFamiliar with booking systems and schedule efficiencyUnderstanding of skin treatments and luxury patient careImpeccable presentation and attention to detailPassion for wellness, longevity, and regenerative healthTo ApplyPlease send CVs and cover letter outlining your experience and why you are aligned with the DR KD vision tocareers@drkarendoherty.comApplications close 30th June
