The purpose of the role is to ensure the seamless end-to-end management of events, delivering outstanding customer experiences while optimising commercial performance. This includes overseeing all logistical planning, managing on-site delivery, and ensuring programmes are delivered on time and within budget.The Event Manager acts as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners, representing the business professionally with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders. The role also includes line management of a small team and leadership of larger on-site delivery teams, serving as the escalation point for customer queries and operational decision-making.There are multiple Event Managers within the team, each responsible for a portfolio of events and products.
