Planning managerDo you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Kent50 to 60k plus packageI am working with a house builder in Kent that is looking to strengthen its team with a planning manager.You would work closely with the rest of the team and report directly into the planning director whilst working alongside the head of land. At the moment the business is buying a lot of land and also has a couple of large strategic sites that are coming through the system.You will be a town planner who has a detailed experience of working on residential planning applications. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of the operating region and understand the current policies in these areas.You will be currently working for a planning consultancy and looking to make your first move across to the developer side or alternatively currently work at a house builder as a planner.You will be a bright, articulate and ambitious planner who wants to take control of the planning function. Key experiencesDegree qualified with MRTPI4 plus years post graduation experience.Currently working for a house builder in a Planning manager role or consultancy Detailed experience on 100 unit plus projectsDirector calibre and motivated to succeed
