We work with every lender and are familiar with all their particular procedures and documentation requiring witnessing, signing and certifying.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a solicitor to provide independent legal advice for property transactions. The successful candidate will be adept at using Zoom for meetings via our automated booking system and have a certain level of IT competence.Types of Independent Legal AdviceResidential and Commercial property, including buy-to-let portfolios, bridging and development loans that require a solicitors certification.
