This is a senior quasi in-house role, ideally for someone 5 yrs PQE+. You will have the opportunity to develop your breadth of Corporate experience, working alongside expert, market-leading lawyers on high profile, often complex transactions. The Corporate M&A practice is one of the largest in the market, and the client range is incredibly impressive.The team work across a wide range of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions.
