Senior Survey Technician Offshore Project (Dogger Bank)Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.Location: UK Dogger BankContract Duration: 15 August 2025 15 December 2025Rotation: 5/5 (12 hours per day)Start Date: Mid-August 2025Daily rate: Neg (outside IR35)Are you an experienced Survey Technician ready to contribute to one of Europes largest offshore developments?We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled professional to join the Survey & Geoscience Services team on board the vessel, supporting a key phase of the Dogger Bank offshore project.Key Responsibilities:Install and configure survey and measurement equipment for offshore operationsConduct data collection and field checks throughout project executionProcess bathymetric, positioning, and geophysical survey dataAnalyse and interpret data, providing detailed reports to internal and external stakeholdersEnsure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with technical specificationsIdentify non-conformities and propose corrective actions and process improvementsCommunicate technical findings clearly to project teams and client representativesCandidate Profile:A number of years experience in a similar offshore/marine survey roleStrong knowledge of hydrographic, bathymetric, and geophysical survey techniquesProficiency in survey software (e.g., QINSy, EIVA, Caris, Hypack or similar)Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyStrong communication and reporting skillsCompetent user of Microsoft Office applicationsQualifications & Certifications:Bachelors degree in Geomatics, Hydrography, or Geospatial ScienceFull GWO certificationVCA, BOSIET, and HUETValid shoulder measurement and Chester Step TestNEBOSH (or equivalent offshore HSE qualification)Must be eligible to work in the UKLanguage Requirements:Fluent in spoken and written EnglishAdditional language skills are an advantageIf you are a qualified offshore survey professional looking for your next contract opportunity, we would like to hear from you.Apply today to join a dynamic team delivering critical support to one of the most significant offshore wind developments in Europe.
