We're seeking a dedicated Head of Block Management to lead our client's growing department, manage a diverse residential portfolio, and support their high standards of service and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the block management department.Manage and develop a small portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring compliance, maintenance, and client satisfaction.Supervise and support one property manager, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development.Review and implement processes and procedures for efficiency and compliance.Act as the main point of contact for key clients and leaseholders.Requirements:Proven experience in residential block management.Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation, health & safety, and service charge budgeting.Excellent leadership and communication skills.TPI qualification.Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.What's on Offer:Competitive salary up to 50,000, depending on experience.Flexible home working arrangement (to be discussed).Opportunity to shape and grow a department with autonomy and support.Friendly and collaborative working culture.Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
