We invest in their development, support their ambitions, and maintain a professional, collaborative culture.As we continue to expand, we are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take the lead on high-end residential projects.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of multiple projects from pre-contract through to final account. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for project leadership, technical output, and supporting junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project delivery from inception through completion, ensuring quality and commercial controlProduce detailed cost plans, tender documents, and procurement adviceOversee and review contractors tender returns and cost submissionsCarry out contract administration, interim valuations, and final accountsAct as the primary point of contact for clients and design teamsManage and mentor junior surveyors, reviewing their work and supporting their developmentRequirementsMinimum 5 years post-qualification experience, ideally with client-side or consultancy background in the residential sectorProven ability to manage multiple projects independentlyExcellent working knowledge of JCT contractsStrong technical skills in cost planning, tendering, and post-contract managementAbility to manage workload, support others, and deliver to deadlines without compromising standardsDesire to contribute to a growing, ambitious businessWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryPension schemePerformance-based bonusA clear progression path within a growing teamCycle to work schemeHealth club membershipSupport towards professional development and chartership (if not already attained)If youre a confident Senior QS looking for a leadership role within a collaborative and growing business, wed welcome a conversation.
