We are looking for experienced specialist travel consultants to design holidays to Africa,Asia or Latin America. Must-have Experience & Skills:Previous experience of working in tailor-made travel as a travel consultantExperience of pulling together complex holiday itineraries Passion for travel and exploring new destinationsLiterate & numerate with a high level of attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills including an excellent telephone mannerExcellent organisation skills to self-manage & prioritise your workload & ensure fantastic client servicePositive can-do attitude Preferred Experience & Skills:Strong geographical knowledge cities, airports, key landmarks, destinations, sights etcProven sales or client service experienceConfident using Microsoft Excel and WordSalary:Basic salary plus uncapped commission. Estimated OTE 40-55k for experienced consultantsHours:09h00 to 17h30 Mon to Fri. Or 08h00 to 16h30. Or 10h00 to 18h30. There is flexibility.One Saturday every 6 weeks (with the following Friday as holiday). Out Of Hours phone management required for 6 weeks of the yearAnnual Leave:25 days plus bank holidays. Birthday offOptional volunteering day off once per yearAdditional days for longer-term employeesUsually another 10 days out of the office each year on a fam trip. Location:Modern office in central Shoreham-by-Sea (5 minutes to rail and bus links) Hybrid working is an option. New employees would need to commit to spending at least 3 days per week in the office for the first 2 months. Therefore applicants should be within a one hour commute of the office.
