This is a great opportunity to shape a people-focused, digitally-enabled service that puts colleagues and managers at the heart of everything they do.About the Role,Youll be responsible for leading the delivery of efficient, accurate, and customer-focused People Services. Youll oversee HR administration, compliance, onboarding, policy guidance, and employee lifecycle processes, ER Support, while continuously improving systems and service delivery through data insights and digital innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesYoull be responsible for ensuring a high level of service is provided across an exciting, commercial businessLeadership is key here. You will manage and develop a great team delivering HR operations across the business boosting confidence and ability in the teamThe People Services function is currently changing and expanding, so youll have a fantastic opportunity to lead with the development of new-look People Services operationPart of this will be the mapping, development and improvement of process for People Services a real chance to make your markSupport the team to provide ER support to the businessA chance to work with the wider team to help develop and improve HR systems in relation to People ServicesMaintain and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team performanceAbout YouProven experience managing HR/People Services or shared service teams.Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR systems, and compliance requirements.Able to lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team.Confident handling complex employee lifecycle and ER issues.CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.Organised, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering excellent service.Open to working an 18 month FTCWhy Join?Youll be part of an exciting organisation committed to people, performance, and progress where you can make a real impact by driving a modern, customer-first People function.Good flex/hybrid working available
