Whether you're interpreting complex leases, guiding internal teams, or escalating serious issues, your work will directly impact the quality of life in our communities.In return, youll join a values-led organisation offering generous benefits, flexible hybrid working, and the chance to grow your career while making a tangible difference!Your Responsibilities:Act as the lead relationship manager for a diverse portfolio of managing agents.Ensure lease compliance, performance standards, and VFM (Value for Money) in everything from service charge scrutiny to legal enforcement.Be the go-to expert for interpreting leases, tackling disputes, and challenging poor performance even leading cases to First Tier Tribunals if needed.Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service quality across the board.Your Requirements:Proven experience as a Property Manager, with a strong background in leasehold block and multi-tenure managementIn-depth knowledge of leasehold legislation and the legal framework, including LTA 1985, CLRA 2002, and Leasehold Reform 2024Experience managing external managing agents, either directly or via superior landlordsRICS or TPI membership (or equivalent experience)Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsConfident in challenging, influencing, and navigating complex situationsPlease call me on 074 7821 7743 or visit me on LinkedIn (Johan Keutcha) and send me a message there.
