Youll manage the entire client lifecycle process, supporting a high-performing investment management team and ensuring a seamless and professional client experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, using your understanding of business needs to deliver excellent outcomes.Take full ownership of the client lifecycle administration process from onboarding and account setup to ongoing account management and service delivery.Act as the central liaison between clients, investment teams, operations, and other departments, ensuring consistent communication and efficient workflow.Ensure compliance with internal operating models, managing processes such as:Account opening, onboarding, and transfersClient payments and account amendmentsQuarterly valuation cyclesSupport the investment team with gathering information for client suitability (e.g. risk questionnaires, financial documents), and assist with producing welcome letters and summaries.Attend client meetings as needed, leading on administration-related discussions and ensuring follow-up actions are executed.Share best practice with team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and client service standards.Skills & Experience Required:Understanding of the regulatory environment within UK financial services.Familiarity with wealth management and investment products.Experience in a similar role, managing end-to-end client administration processes.Experience managing administrative staff (desirable).Client-facing experience (desirable).Minimum of GCSEs (A-C or equivalent) in English and Maths.
