Youll lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and manage end-to-end project delivery. From budget and risk management to vendor coordination and regulatory compliance, youll be central to keeping projects on track while aligning with the company's values and strategic goals.Youll also liaise with various business units to ensure integrated solutions and consistent communication, while championing sustainability and technological innovation in building automation systems.KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:Proven experience in end-to-end project managementTechnical understanding of smart building, IoT, or automation systemsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practicesFinancial proficiency in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecastingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience within the construction or building automation sector desirableAbility to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trendsProficient in creating project documentation and progress reportingTO BE CONSIDERED:Please either apply by clicking online or emailing chris.hopley@searchability.com.
