This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin and organisational skills who is looking to build a long-term career in Learning & Development.Working closely with the L&D Manager, youll play a key part in supporting learning activity across the businessensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and helping the team stay on track.What youll be doing:Managing the Learning Management System (Elevate)Coordinating training sessions and room bookingsMaintaining the training calendarProcessing POs and supporting budget trackingDelivering standard training courses as neededCollating data to support internal reportingUpdating training records and intranet contentGathering feedback on internal and external coursesWhat were looking for:Strong attention to detail and organisationConfident communicator with good Excel and PowerPoint skillsComfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environmentGenuine interest in L&D has a function and desire to develop in this spacePrevious experience with LMS platforms would be a bonusThis role would suit someone whos passionate about learning and looking to grow their experience within an established and supportive team.
