Our purpose is to help our team members create the life they want.We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician or qualified MOT Tester to join our Volvo Norwich Dealership. The main aim of this role is to accurately, skilfully and efficiently undertake the repair and servicing of customers vehicles, and/or undertaking MOT testing. Whilst detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair ensuring all work is completed safely and to the customers satisfaction.Key responsibilitiesCarrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technologyConducting vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requestsCarrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customerWarranty repairs are per the manufacturers guidelines and relevant write up is completeTaking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standardAbout you...The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, preferably with qualified technician status, (MOT certificate where applicable) although manufacturer-specific training will be provided. Strong administration skills and customer facing aptitude are essential.
