Their mission is to ensure a smooth, stress-free living experience for both clients and tenants through a focus on excellence and outstanding customer service.Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Management Assistant to join their team and work alongside two experienced property managers on a varied and dynamic residential property portfolio.This is a full-time office based role located in North West London, Monday Friday, 9:30am 5:30pm.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for residents, resolving queries and issues professionally and efficientlyLiaise daily with clients and contractors via phone and emailCoordinate property inspections, schedule maintenance, and manage vendor relationships to ensure high standards of upkeepCommunicate with porters and contractors regarding maintenance tasks and property repairsHandle emails and all correspondence in a timely and organised mannerSupport with diary management and general administrative dutiesCandidate Profile:Proven experience in property management is essentialStrong project management skills with the ability to see tasks through to completionExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesConfident user of Microsoft Office packagesThis is a brilliant opportunity to join a reputable, service-focused company in a varied and rewarding role.
