At dnata, we are by your side for the entire travel experience. dnata Catering and Retail is one of the world’s leading in-flight hospitality providers, delivering world-class culinary services and innovative products that enhance our passengers’ experience.We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the established policies and procedures are adhered to within the Heathrow unit, with focus on food safety and health and safety. This includes undertaking and facilitating mandatory checks, driving continuous improvement in all areas of Compliance and acting as the local compliance contact. What you’ll be doing:Analysing audit and other results and highlighting trends to identify risks and enable informed and effective decision makingCommunicate to, advise and support all stakeholders, making sure that the dissemination of information is appropriate, factual and timelyConducting food safety and health and safety audits to ascertain if the facility and associated colleagues are operating in accordance with applicable contractual requirements, laws and regulations Liaising with customers on all aspects of the program, including the investigation and resolution of high-risk accidents, complaints and incidents, ensuring proactive problem solvingManaging audit non-conformance and corrective action processes and procedures and producing related reports for all stakeholdersManaging food recall processes and proceduresManaging food safety complaint handling processes and proceduresManaging internal and regulatory changes for immediate introductionManaging temperature verification processes and proceduresManaging the introduction of food safety and health and safety policies, procedures and systemsManaging the introduction of initiatives and projectsProducing regular food safety, health and safety and security reports for all stakeholdersProviding technical advice, support and direction to providers and suppliers on food safety, health and safety and securityManaging the Compliance Technician in Heathrow and supporting the Region Technicians and unit management teams.
