Apprenticeship Skills Coach – Financial Services Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Location: Fully Remote (Flexible Working) Contract: Full-Time | Permanent Perks:Flexible working hours with an early finish every Friday (2pm)24 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 27 days)Laptop and mobile phone providedPertemps Work-Based Learning is proud to be partnering with a reputable and growing training provider that delivers high-quality apprenticeship programmes in Financial Services. Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship Skills Coach to join their remote delivery team.In this role, you will work closely with learners and tutors, guiding and supporting apprentices through to successful End Point Assessment. All learner engagement is conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams, providing you with full flexibility.Key Responsibilities:Build strong, supportive relationships with learners, encouraging progression and success through to EPAWork collaboratively with tutors to deliver a high-quality learning experienceSet, assess and provide constructive feedback on learner work, ensuring standards align with qualification requirementsProactively monitor learner progress and manage your own diary to maintain regular contactContinually review and improve your delivery and assessment practice in line with quality standards and internal policiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of awarding body and EPA criteria and ensure compliance with assessment best practicesRequirements:Recognised Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)Proven experience assessing apprenticeship learners up to Level 4 within Financial ServicesStrong understanding of End Point Assessment requirementsConfident using online platforms including e-Portfolios and Microsoft TeamsExcellent communication, organisational and IT skillsPositive, engaging, and learner-focused attitudeIf you're passionate about supporting learner success and want to join a forward-thinking provider that truly values its staff, we’d love to hear from you.To apply or for further information, please contact Simon Atkins on 07894 752230.
