We’re seeking a Technical Manager to lead the development and execution of technically sound, perfectly fitting womenswear products from concept through to production.THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE RELOCATION TO HOLLANDWhat You’ll Do:Oversee technical development of lingerie collections, ensuring flawless fit, construction, and qualityCollaborate closely with design, product development, and production teams to translate creative ideas into commercially viable garmentsManage fittings, provide clear technical feedback, and lead pattern corrections and spec updatesMonitor factory processes and ensure compliance with brand standards and critical path timelinesContinuously refine fit standards and improve technical processesWhat You Bring:Extensive experience in lingerie or intimate apparel, with deep knowledge of garment construction, grading, and fittingStrong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and vendorsProficiency in technical design software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, or similar)Attention to detail, a solution-driven mindset, and a passion for innovation in intimate apparel
