Our platform, OhChat, allows users to engage in lifelike AI conversations with digital twins of real-world personalities and original characters through text, voice, and images. Backed by leading AI and Web3 investors, we’re growing fast with a global user base, and a roadmap that includes agentic superModels, API integrations, and video capabilities.We’re now around 20 people, fully remote, and scaling rapidly. As we continue to grow, we’re hiring across engineering, product, growth, and creator partnerships. To support this, we’re looking for a brilliant People & Talent Lead to help us run hiring processes, establish people ops foundations, and scale the team by hiring best in class talent in all positions.The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and pragmatic People & Talent Lead to join us on a part-time or contract basis. You’ll own end-to-end hiring across 5–6 active roles and lay the foundations of people operations at Oh.
