ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider who's end client is in the Mobile Telecoms sector. We are assisting them with the search for a Fibre Delivery Manager on a contract basis.Key Responsibilities:Lead fibre and network clearance activities across multiple sitesCoordinate build partners to align civils, cabling, and splicing works with site closure timelinesValidate and challenge planning outputs (e.g., HLDs, LLDs, job packs) to ensure quality and accuracyProvide clear delivery updates in programme reviews and governance forumsEnsure GIS and inventory systems reflect completed field activitiesSkills:Extensive experience in fibre delivery, ideally in network decommissioning or infrastructure changeStrong understanding of fibre builds, including civils, cabling, splicing, and site auditsConfident working with and managing external delivery partnersAble to interpret fibre plans, schematics, and technical documentationSkilled with delivery and reporting tools (Planner, Power BI, GIS, Excel)Telecommunications background (Essential)Valid SC Clearance (Essential)Further job details available upon application.
