Strategic HR Partnership:Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goalsSupport organizational design and workforce planning initiatives across multiple countriesUnderstand the commercial and business operations and support in creating the organizational talent strategy accordinglyB. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and finalize recruitment plansLead and support recruitment efforts to attract and retain high-quality talentWork with various service partners across multiple marketsStreamline hiring processes and candidate on-boarding experienceGather organizational insights, what’s working and what’s not working to help and support in talent retentionC. Employee Relations and Compliance:Manage complex employee relations cases ensuring compliance with UK, German and Spanish employment law and company policiesProvide guidance and resolution support to managers and employees on HR-related issuesD.
