If you have a great reputation in the Murex talent market and can effectively attract specialized professionals, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Build & Maintain Murex Talent Network: Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with Murex professionals across all levels (Junior to SME) in the UK and European financial services sectors.End to End Recruitment: Leverage various sourcing channels to identify Murex experts, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to successful onboarding.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Murex technology, market trends, and compensation, providing valuable insights to both candidates and hiring managers.Relationship Management: Partner closely with hiring managers, understanding their specific Murex needs and advising on talent acquisition strategies.Specific Skills & Competencies:Murex Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Murex platform, its core modules (e.g., MX.3 Front Office, Risk, Back Office), and typical roles.Recruitment Expertise: 2-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a proven track record of successfully engaging niche technical professionals, ideally Murex.Exceptional Networking: Natural ability to build rapport and trust, with an existing Murex network in the UK/Europe being a significant advantage.Communication & Ethics: Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a commitment to a positive candidate experience.
