This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for numbers, a passion for product, commercial drive, and a strong interest in how fashion moves from concept to customer, across partners like ASOS, Nordstrom, and more. This role will report into the Merchandising Director as part of our wider Product Team.You’ll work closely with our buying team to help manage our product ranges across wholesale accounts, ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time, in the right quantities. Expect exposure to multiple departments, systems, and the full product lifecycle.You must be highly organised, have confident energy and communication skills with an attention to detail that is second to none. The role will involve juggling multiple culminating tasks and projects, so the ability to remain focused and organised whilst managing your workload effectively is key.Key Role Responsibilities:Managing the administrational tasks accordingly for Wholesale Partners through effective management of critical pathsRegularly communicating with Wholesale Partners, regarding trade performance, in season OTB and NPD, critical path 'sample/shoot processCreate Wholesale Trade Report and contribute to trading actionsTrading our stock, maximising sales through rebuysResponsible for managing wholesale intake, bookings, compliance,Maintain accurate range plans, line sheets, and order trackersParticipate in range planning meetings, confidently understanding KPIsRequest and interpret performance related data to drive better decision makingWork collaboratively with logistics, finance and compliance teams on wholesale operationsThe Person we are looking for:1-2 years' experience in a similar merchandising, planning, or wholesale roleMarketplace model experience is extremely beneficialStrong Excel and analytical skills - confident with dataHigh attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsProactive, curious and a strong communicatorPassion for product and understanding of wholesale retail landscapeComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
