Lender Panel OfficerReporting to: Head of AuditPurpose:We are looking to add to our operational department a Lender Panel Officer, to help us continue to ensure good supervision for registration processes and maintain a positive relationship with our mortgage lender panel.The role will be to grow our lender panel status by making applications to new lenders as required. It also includes maintaining our lender panel status with our current lenders by ensuring deeds chasers are responded to in a timely manner and registration processes are followed correctly by our consultants. This includes monitoring the registration processes, by completing regular reports and assessing data.This is a varied role and a great opportunity for a candidate to put their property experience to use in a non-client facing role.Responsibilities:• Making lender panel applications• Replying to deeds chasers as required• Allocating mortgage offers to fee earners on LMS• Forwarding emails from lender exchange and monitoring responses• Dealing with enquiries from lenders and escalating complaints as required• Documenting common issues• Preparing basic reports based on analysis and present to Management• General administrative duties as required• Ensuring SLA’s and compliance are adhered toRequirements:• Conveyancing knowledge and strong understanding of the post completion process, would be an advantage• Strong analytical skills• Excellent attention to detail• Confident and professional in verbal and written communication• Ability to work to deadlines• Hard working, organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic• Ability to work well independentlyContract Details:• Normal Place of Work – The candidate will primarily work from home but may be required to work from an office or any other location within a reasonable travelling distance, on a temporary basis• Training – Initial training delivered in Peterborough and candidate must be available to regularly attend in person for the first month of employment with ongoing training delivered online• Renumeration - Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience• Normal hours of work - 35 hours per week (9.00am – 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch) but would consider part time for the right candidate• Holidays - 23 days per year in addition to the usual statutory and customary holidays
