As they continue to scale, they’re looking for an experienced and confident Project Manager to join their talented team.If you’re passionate about AV, thrive in a live events environment, and enjoy leading from the front — this role offers the perfect platform to grow your career in a well-respected, forward-thinking business.The RoleAs Project Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact from initial client brief through to final delivery, managing all aspects of the project with precision, professionalism, and a creative touch. You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and onsite crew to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard — on time, on budget, and on point.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full project lifecycle — from concept to completionDesign and specify AV solutions across a range of event typesManage budgets, timelines, logistics, and onsite teams (including freelancers)Operate and supervise equipment builds and breakdowns onsiteBuild strong relationships with clients and maintain regular, professional communicationSupport equipment planning, maintenance, and procurement alongside the operations teamContribute to the development of best practices and technical excellence within the teamCarry out warehouse prep, testing, and post-event support when requiredWhat They’re Looking ForProven project management experience in live events or AVStrong knowledge of industry kit: audio, lighting, video (LED, processing), rigging 'stagingConfident in client-facing situations and managing live teams onsiteWorking knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp)Skilled in Microsoft Office and general project documentationFamiliar with industry suppliers, tech trends, and equipment best practicesAble to plan, prioritise, and problem-solve under pressureExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Adaptable, self-motivated, and a natural team leaderBonus Skills (Not Essential)IPAF, forklift or telehandler certificationFirst Aid certificationAbout Disrupt TalentWe’re specialists in recruiting standout talent for the live events and exhibitions industry.
