I am looking to speak with experienced FP&A Consultants to join my clients team on a interim basis. This is a strategically important role and will be central to supporting financial decision-making and driving performance in a fast-scaling, subscription-based business.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial modelling and reporting within a SaaS or subscription-based environment, with a solid understanding of industry-specific metrics such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), customer retention, and subscription cohort analysis.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain financial models and forecasting tools tailored to a subscription-based revenue modelDeliver accurate and timely financial reporting and performance insightsPartner with business stakeholders to support data-driven decision makingContribute to ongoing finance and data infrastructure improvements, including automation of reporting processesPreferred Experience and Skills:Previous experience in a similar FP&A role within a SaaS or subscription-based businessStrong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial concepts (e.g. ARR, MRR, churn)Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environmentExperience with data modelling, business intelligence tools, and financial systemsFamiliarity with tools such as Adaptive Insights (or similar FP&A tools) is a plusTechnology Transformation Priorities: This role will be involved in supporting wider technology and finance transformation initiatives, including:Updating the company’s data warehouse and financial data modelImplementing a new subscription management platformExploring and potentially deploying Adaptive Insights or equivalent tools for FP&A
