We provide services to partner clients globally via our innovative advanced robotics technology, known as the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP). Role OverviewAs a Workday Technical Specialist, you will: Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues from business stakeholders and end-users through our case management system. Take ownership of issues, diagnose, and resolve them independently or with team support. Provide expertise on the administration, functionality, maintenance, and operational effectiveness of the Workday system. Review configurations, suggest improvements, and advise on best practices to enhance efficiency. Report defects, identify root causes, and implement resolutions. Support project deliverables, evaluate impacts, and ensure system updates align with business needs. Assist in bi-annual Workday releases, identifying impacts and opportunities for enhancements. Develop and improve solutions, maintaining a knowledge repository and training documents. Communicate system changes to super users and build relationships across business areas to support the Workday solution. Collaborate with system vendors to maintain alignment with business objectives. Qualifications and SkillsExperience in multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Time, Absence, Talent, Learning, Expenses, Reporting, and Security. Knowledge of HR information systems, processes, and data privacy regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supporting complex organizational systems. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with system updates/upgrades and translating business needs into technical configurations. Stakeholder management skills, including engaging with senior stakeholders.
